Payments are processed using Square. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems.

When a payment is made, certain payment-related information may be collected and processed by Square in accordance with its own privacy and security practices. We may retain limited transaction details as needed for customer service, accounting, reconciliation, and recordkeeping.

6. Photos and Image Delivery

As part of our services, we may capture photographs of guests, families, and children during Santa experiences.

These images are used to:

  • provide prints or digital photo delivery

  • send images to guests by email or SMS

  • fulfill bookings and guest requests

  • provide customer support if there is an issue with photo access or delivery

We use Dropbox for temporary image retention and storage. Images are not retained for longer than 60 days, unless a longer retention period is required for a specific client agreement, legal obligation, dispute, or operational reason.

We use SendGrid and Twilio to send guests their photos by email and SMS.

7. Consent

By using our website, submitting your information, making a booking, participating in a photo experience, or receiving photos from us, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Where a parent or guardian provides information on behalf of a child or participates in a Santa photo experience involving a child, we rely on that parent or guardian to provide any necessary consent.

Guest images stored in Dropbox are typically retained for no longer than 60 days.
